I asked why they dont carry a pretty common pipe fitting and the owner said "we arent home depot " dont know what that means.but he walked away and some 16 year old kid said "we do got it" and took me to it. As i was checking out the owner got on the regester and took another coustomer in front of me and started to scanning his items.i said "excuse me , but i was next." He said "contractor is in a rush" .....i went to home depot
Rented there stump grinder in good faith , returned it to store, i refueled it with reg. unleaded fuel as stated on contract. They had no one there capable of getting the machine off my trailer, so i did that for her.
This matter is NOT over until i speak with the owner.
They always have what we need. Convenient to run to vs Home Depot. Paint selection isnt bad and employees are knowledgeable.
45 min. later i receive a call from (Julie) said she was acting manager at the time , that i refueled it with diesel fuel and was going to be charged a damage fee !! THEY WERE ALL ABSOLUTELY WRONG. Drove back to the store and confronted the person who made the claim . He had no clue about machinery or the difference between gasoline or diesel fuel.

Businesses like this make me happy to be an American. I was without water on a friday and they were so helpful, even bent store policies to make sure I was taken care of the right way. Even kept smiling as I gave them a hard time. They brought the owner over to make sure I was handled well. If there were 6 stars I'd give it. Forget big box, this place is worth it.
On top of this matter , the cutting wheel is not maintained and is so dull ,it does not cut well.
Had a great experience renting a cotton candy machine for my daughter's sweet 16.
